Stacey and I go back and forth about being vegetarian, or trying it. Or being vegan, even. Not because we don’t love meat … because trust me, I love a piece of filet medium-rare … but because of the horrible conditions animals live in.
Above is a video with Jonathan Safran who has done extensive research on what actually happens to the animals we eat and their journey from the “farm” to the plate.
I think I plan on doing more research on this… more to come. The important thing would be that I can still drink wine and enjoy cheese. Shit! No, I can’t enjoy cheese. Being Vegan would be hard.
